Digital Marketing Package for all Tourism Businesses in the Great Ocean Road Region

Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism, in collaboration with our local government partners and Visit Victoria, are launching a fully subsidised marketing support package for all businesses that service visitors to the region.
The digital marketing package, normally valued at $540, is free to businesses who sign up now.

“A strong digital presence is critical. This package provides businesses with access to the National Tourism Database and a listing on three official tourism websites.”

“This will ensure the Great Ocean Road region and represented businesses maximise the opportunity to benefit from federal, state and regional marketing campaigns.”

– Liz Price, Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism General Manager.

Being listed on the national tourism database, Australian Tourism Data Warehouse, provides your business with increased visibility online by publishing your business as a listing on, plus a relevant destination website.

To ensure all businesses in the region benefit, our existing paid partners will receive a 12 month extension on their current listing at no cost.

In 2019, these official tourism websites attracted over 2 million new users, creating a broad exposure to businesses with a listing. Targeting visitors at all stages of their journey – from dreaming, and planning through to deciding on what to do when they are here in region.

Businesses that take up the support package will have access to additional partnership benefits including destination brand toolkits to help market their business and destination, the opportunity to display a brochure in their local Visitor Information Centre, and of course access to GORRT support including a new online Business Training Hub.

All businesses that service visitors are eligible. Accommodation, hospitality, retail, tours, transport, galleries, artisans and health and wellness businesses located in Glenelg, Moyne, Warrnambool, Corangamite, Colac Otway and Surf Coast councils.

To redeem the support packages, businesses should register here or contact Jo Birley on 0448 448 666 or [email protected].
