Our base marketing package is free for all tourism businesses in the Great Ocean Road region and currently includes a listing via Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW). Listing on ATDW is free until June 30th 2023.
Listing on the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse provide distribution of your business profile to 100s of distributor websites..
For businesses located int he Great Ocean Road region, these websites include the official tourism websites:
visitgreatoceanroad.org.au + visitvictoria.com + the destination website relevant to your business location.

Is my business eligible?
Your business is eligible for this subsidy if:
- You create your listing and submit it in the ATDW portal before June 30th 2023
- Your business is situated within the Great Ocean Road region and has a physical address people can visit
and
- Your business offers products or services to visitors of the Great Ocean Road region
What is ATDW and why does my business need to be on it?
ATDW stands for Australian Tourism Data Warehouse and it is Australia’s national platform for digital tourism information.
An ATDW listing gives you valuable exposure online to reach more visitors at different stages of their trip from planning through to when they are in the destination and looking for places to stay, things to do, or what to eat and drink. Through ATDW you will create a listing for your business, adding your own description and photos.

Where will my listing be seen?
*Many other websites are ‘distributors’ of ATDW and can access the feed. These include australia.com, some large accommodation chains, and other travel related content sites. They can chose to display specific profiles on ATDW. By listing on ATDW, you are also making your business available to be profiled on other sites.

STEP 1
Complete the form below to get the process started. Your details will be sent to us here at GORRT and within 1 – 2 business days you will receive detailed listing instructions and an ATDW Coupon Code from us, via email. The Coupon Code allows you to complete your business listing on ATDW at no cost.
STEP 2
In the meantime, we recommend preparing a description of your business if you don’t have one handy – aim for around 2 – 3 short paragraphs (and really have your target audience in mind when writing). You will also need a selection of photos that showcase your business. Around 6 photos is ideal, but you can add up to 10. Photos must be landscape and quite large files, (minimum 1600 x 1200 px). If you need help resizing, Canva or Pixlr are both great online, easy to use and free tool.

STEP 3
Once you have received your code and you have your description and photos ready to go – visit our ATDW Support page for exact instructions on how to set up your listing.

The Coupon Code allows you to create an ATDW listing at no cost.
