The Great Ocean Road region shone brightly at the annual RACV Victorian Tourism Awards on November 28, 2019.

Several local businesses and organisations won awards for their innovation, customer service and commitment to improving the visitor experience in the region and beyond.

After winning the same category for three consecutive years, Alkina Lodge and Parks Victoria were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

“Huge congratulations to these award-winning local businesses that have been recognised for their innovation, product development and improving the visitor experience across the Great Ocean Road region,” said Great Ocean Road Tourism Inc General Manager, Liz Price.
