Tourism Jobs Bank 2.0 is another tool to help you recruit workers
Attracting (and housing) workers is the biggest challenge facing tourism & hospitality businesses.
We know there is no silver bullet and the issues will continue to impact businesses into the future. However we are committed to trying to support your recruitment efforts.
In partnership with Tourism Greater Geelong & The Bellarine, Grampians and the Department of Jobs Precincts and Regions, we are rolling out Tourism Jobs Bank 2.0.
The campaign will promote to the market the breadth and depth of jobs available in the regions to encourage our young people, older workers and the returning working holiday makers to consider our spectacular part of the state this summer and beyond.
We know the limited availability and affordability of housing continues to exacerbate the ability to attract people from outside the region and although we are not able to address this issue yet, we are continuing to advocate to both State and Federal Governments the opportunity to pilot solutions in our region.
Tourism Jobs Bank 2.0 is a FREE service to promote jobs in the region to potential job seekers.
The project aims to create a job board for the region, market to prospective candidates, and connect them directly to you as businesses.
