Become a GORRT partner to access support, resources and website listings – fully subsidised
Our base marketing package is free for all tourism businesses in the Great Ocean Road region. The free package fully subsidised through the investment of our five councils in Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism.
As a partner business you will receive:
- regular industry news and updates via email
- Partner Portal access, online training and development access
- License to use our brand tools and GORRT assets (use of photos and videos form our content library)
- Eligibility for industry development programs
- Website listings on relevant GORRT websites
Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism, with our five local government partners, provide free business listings on our platform to all tourism businesses in the region, as part of our base partnership
Having your business profiled on a listing page on our websites provides the opportunity to participate in, and leverage from regional marketing activity coordinated by GORRT. The website platform is essential to our marketing strategy, and we invest in SEO, and digital marketing activity to ensure people planning to visit our region are visiting our websites. Once we’ve captured web users, we aim to inspire them to stay longer, explore further and do more in the region.
Is my business eligible?
To be eligible to be a free GORRT partner:
- Your business is situated within the Great Ocean Road region (in the local government areas of the local government areas of Colac Otway, Corangamite, Moyne, Warrnambool, and the Surf Coast)
- Your business offers products, events or services for visitors to the region
Additionally, to be eligible to have your business listing published on our websites:
- You have a physical address people can visit
- Your business is one of the following:

What are the steps to get my free website listings?
There are two ways to get your business listing published on our websites – either via ATDW or directly via our website listing portal
STEP 1. Fill in the form below to become a partner, and we’ll provide more instructions on how to set up the web listing details yourself on on of two platforms (read below), to have your business profile page published on our tourism websites.
ATDW (Australian Tourism Data Warehouse)
If you want additional exposure for your business, listing on the Australian Tourism Data warehouse enables your business profile to be fed to distributor websites (including ours). Listing on ATDW ensure you will have a business profile on visitvictoria.com
An ATDW listing costs $295 – payment is made by credit card when you submit your listing for review. If you choose to list this way, your profile will be published on our websites automatically through a direct API feed.
GORRT WEB PORTAL
No payment is required if you choose to list directly via our website listing portal – this way your business profile content will be published on the sites we manage only. You can simply complete the form below, and we’ll send you easy to follow instructions on how to register on the portal and then create your listing.
This is designed to be user friendly so people can easily set their listing up themselves. If this isn’t for you, and you would prefer one of our team handle the listing set up for you, you can pay us for the time by purchasing our WEBSITE LISTING SET UP service for $200 (GST)
